I tried making bread again, this time using proper bread flour, rather than just whatever crap I had in the cupboard, and I let the yeast do its thing for a bit longer.
The finished loaf is still very doughy, 40 mins at 180^0C wasn't enough I guess, that and not letting the dough do its proving thing for long enough.
Its not as dense as the first attempt, and it looks more bready.
Ooh, I added a tablespoon of honey and a load of peanut butter to spice it up a bit.
Will try again.
